How fast can you get here?
We prioritize emergencies the same day whenever possible. You will get a clear ETA when you call, plus an update if anything changes.
Is there an emergency service fee?
Transparent pricing. The diagnostic covers arrival, a safety check, and isolating the issue. You approve any repair before work starts.
Can you restore power temporarily?
If it is safe, we can restore power temporarily while scheduling a permanent repair. Safety comes first and we will not energize unsafe equipment.
Do you coordinate with the utility company?
Yes. If the issue involves service equipment or requires coordination for a cut and reconnect, we coordinate with the utility so you do not have to.
What should I tell you on the phone?
Tell us what you are seeing. No power, partial power, burning smell, sparks, buzzing, or a breaker that will not reset. If you can, send a photo of the panel label or the affected area.
